Will my site show up on Google?
Yes. We build every page with SEO in place and optimise your Google Business Profile, so local customers find you first.
What if I don't have text or photos?
That's the point, you don't need them. We write the content and source the images for you.
How much does a website cost?
Every quote is fixed and agreed up front — no surprises. Tell us what you need and we'll send a clear proposal.
How long does it take?
Most small-business sites go live in a few weeks. Software and apps depend on scope — we'll tell you up front.
Can you work in English and Finnish?
Yes. We're fully bilingual and build sites in both — or either.
Do you only build websites?
No. We also build custom software, apps, and AI solutions, and we handle hosting, SEO, Google, and social media. One partner for all of it.
What happens after launch?
We host it, keep it updated and backed up, and we're here when you need changes.
What does "turnkey" mean, and will my site get finished even if my material comes in slowly?
The to-do list is ours, not yours. We handle design, build, moving text and images over from your current site, launch, and training. Three revision rounds are included. The site gets finished either way: it can go live on your current material alone, and anything you send later is a bonus on top.
Do you have reference sites we can contact?
We're a young studio, so we don't hand out a call list of our clients yet. Instead you can check our work yourself: we build you a demo before asking for anything, we show you the admin panel live before you decide, and you pay only once the site is live and you're happy.
What platform is the site on? Can it go on our own web hosting?
Yes. The site goes on your own hosting and your own domain, we don't move you anywhere. The platform is our own lightweight system: plain PHP with no database and no plugins, with a simple admin panel. No weekly updates and no licence fees, and any PHP developer can pick up the code.
Do you offer a maintenance service, and at what price?
We do, and it's entirely optional: 49 euros a month with no fixed term. Many don't need it, because there are no plugins to update, so you can start maintenance later or skip it.
Who owns the site and the source code if we stop working together?
You do, fully and permanently, after the final payment. Source code, design, admin panel and documentation. No licence and no usage limits.
What happens to the site if NordSur ceases operations?
The site keeps working, because it isn't connected to us in any way: it runs on your own server with no interface back to us and no licence check. You get the code, the credentials and a technical handover document for the next developer. The only thing you'd lose is our service, not your site.
Can you embed an external ticketing or booking system into the site?
Yes. If you already use an external ticketing or booking service, it stays and gets embedded into the site in your colours and logo, so the purchase happens inside your own pages. We don't push our own shop. The embedded shop belongs to your own contract with that provider, and we handle the embedding and fitting it to the design.
