The customer picks a class and a spot straight from the website and gets a confirmation by email. Cancellations free the place automatically for the next person. Reception is left with time for real customer service instead of writing names on a paper list.
Capacity and instructors under control
You set class capacity, instructors, durations and weekly repeats straight from the panel. Full classes show as full, people can join a waiting list, and double bookings cannot happen. Holidays and exceptional opening hours are handled in the same view.
