Ticketing and events

Sell your tickets on your own site and keep the fee.

Calendar, prices, discount codes, groups and orders, with its own admin panel and in several languages. Built entirely for a 5D flight attraction in Helsinki, the kind of place where a ticket desk cannot afford to break.

Sound familiar

The ticketing platform takes its cut of every sale. You have already accepted that, or you tell yourself you have. What you have not accepted is the other part: the buyer's email stayed with the platform, not with you. You filled the room and you still have no list to fill it again next week.

Then there is the part you feel every day. You want to run a discount and first check whether the platform allows it. A group of thirty calls and you handle it by email, by hand, with a separate sheet. And to know how many people are inside right now, someone in the room opens a different tool, with a different password, and reads it on a phone in the lobby.

Including codes and group terms.

3

Payment gets connected

[PENDIENTE-RAFA: which payment gateways are actually connected.]

4

The purchase gets translated into your audience's languages

Whoever buys an attraction usually comes from abroad and decides in their own language.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Can I keep selling on the platform I already use?

Yes. They are separate channels and do not get in each other's way. What changes is who owns the sale that was already coming to your site.

Does this work for a venue with a programme, not a continuous attraction?

Yes, and that is the second case. The programme and the ticket sales live inside the same publishing system as the rest of the content.

How many languages can the visitor buy in?

Multiple languages is a module of the system. [PENDIENTE-RAFA: languages in the standard scope.]

Where does my buyers' data end up?

On your own server and in your own order panel, with no third party platform in between.

See your own version of this before you decide.
